Father of missing girl still hopeful

THE Hari Raya pineapple tarts and chocolate chips are still there. Sulaiman Idris is keeping them for his 17-year-old daughter Nordyana Akma, who went missing in June last year.
He told Harian Metro that it was the only way for him to keep the memories of his youngest child of four siblings.
“It is the second Hari Raya that she is not home. And I still long to see her,” he added.
He said the tarts and chocolate chips with almonds were his daughter’s favourite.
Nordyana Akma was to register for a law degree course at UiTM Kuantan campus, Pahang, in July 2 last year.
Her mother, Suhaini Abdul Shukor, 51, died weeks after Nordyana Akma left her family home in Kampung Baru, Tampin.
